Every trip was beautiful and clearly planned with our interests in mind. Lake Lila was especially spectacular...

Most of all we enjoyed the company of our guides, Joanne and Greg. The weekend would not have been the same without them. It felt like being with old friends, great to be with and difficult to leave... We will remember this trip for years to come.

I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our canoeing experience on Long Pond this past week. We were a long way from home (SC) and we found exactly the kind of trip we were looking for with your company. Everyone was very helpful and the trip was hassle-free. Most of the day was spent in total solitude and we got to see and hear some loons.

Just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for arranging our kayaking day trip on September 20th. It was a terrific experience! Your attention to detail--especially in putting together our lunch did not go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated!

I also want to thank you for introducing us to our guide for the day - Nate. He was the most professional, capable, knowledgeable and personal guide we've ever been out with. His love and enthusiasm for what he does is contagious. It was truly a pleasure to spend the day with him.

I am sure we'll be seeing you guys again. We wish you all the luck with the new store - you're doing a great thing in a great environment!

Hello Dave!

Your able staff helped us out after you planned a trip with me last month. Very impressive, in the knowledge, enthusiasm and information-sharing departments!
...We are now considering your two-day kayak class...followed by a three day, two night canoe camping trip...you've obviously become my go-to guy for the Adirondack amphibian information.

Thanks again for the guidance and the state of the art gear. It was a truly relaxing getaway.

Just wanted to let you know how well I was served last week by your employee Eric at your Floodwood Road location.

Eric helped me find the right canoe and gave a lot of helpful info about the various routes available in the St. Regis. Then in helping me repair my stove, he found it to be missing a part and called MSR and had them send a replacement part to my home. He then rented me a comparable stove that worked well on the trip. Finally Eric brought a pan of water to the counter and tested my water filter to insure it was working properly. The result of all this extra assistance was that I had an excellent trip--just the trip I was looking for - with a good route, the right canoe, and no equipment failures.

It occurred to me while paddling through the wilderness that the kind of -going the extra mile - service that Eric provided seems to be an increasingly rarity here in the NYC metro area where I live and it was very refreshing to encounter it. Keep up the good work. Many thanks.

Whomever did the nice job writing the geographical comments on the Adirondacks must be a native of the area. It is truly beautiful in every season of the year. But "hilly and sometimes mountainous"? Those are relative terms and from where I've been, they are majestic peaks! I live in the "hills" of Hunterdon County, NJ It's not the same.

I'd just like to say, on behalf of all (or at least most) of Monroeville Boy Scout troop 210, that you guys are running a great operation, and you can look forward to repeat business from us.

Thanx for your time

Just want to take a minute to thank you folks at St. Regis Canoe Outfitters. I stopped at your store to ask directions to Polliwog Pond to locate two campers. Not only did you point me in the right direction and provided me a map, you also told me of a tiny road that was across from a small sign on a tree that said Canoe Carry Path to Hoel Pond. Sure enough, their campsite was at the end of that road and we were able to complete our 6 hour search. Another example of the hospitality found in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains.

My son Billy & I used your services 4 yrs ago when he was 11. It was our first wilderness trip & it was great! In fact we bought our canoe from you. Looking forward to our first trip of the season later this month - introducing some novices. Wish we could make it back to yr neck of the woods. Best Bill
