Saranac River Base (Open: 9-7 daily in season and 9-5 off season )

The Saranac River Base includes both our a year-round 5000 square foot paddlesports shop and our rental shop. Our front door is only 70 feet from the river with our own private launch. Free demos are always available and you are encourages to "try before you buy"/ We provide free delivery to the Saranac Lake Islands campground. Numerous day trips and extended camping trips are available from our door. Many consider the four day trip connecting our two bases to be the perfect premier Adirondack Canoe Camping Trip.
Floodwood Pond (Open: 9-5 Daily)
... we are on the portage between the St. Regis Wilderness and the Saranac Lakes Wild Forest.
Our unique location on Floodwood Pond provides direct access to Fish Creek and Upper Saranac Lake with no portages. The St. Regis Canoe Wilderness is literally at our doorstep. From this base, several loop trips and numerous one-way trips, ranging from a few hours to over 120 miles are possible.
We are open daily from the third Saturday in April through the second Sunday in October, or by appointment.
